Charles Allred, ASA, SPTC – Consulting Engineer

               Mr. Allred is an independent consulting engineer and has earned the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation from the American Society of Appraisers.  His discipline is Machinery & Technical Specialties. His particular expertise is Industrial and Manufacturing Facilities with a specialized knowledge in the field of Pollution Control Equipment as it relates to Ad Valorem taxation.  Mr. Allred prepares appraisals, pollution control property tax compliance documents, and works with our consultants in the Industrial and Manufacturing Properties of our firm.

 

Kerry Adams, PE – Consulting Engineer

               Mr. Adams is an independent consulting engineer and a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.  Mr. Adams has been associated with our firm for a number of years and works with our consultants in the Oil & Gas Properties area.  He provides independent appraisal services to our firm and reviews valuations we have prepared for our clients.  Mr. Adams is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

 

Harold O. Neff, PE – Consulting Engineer

               Mr. Neff is a consulting engineer and Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.  He has been associated with our firm since 1993.  He provides consulting services to our firm and is an independent oil and gas operator.  Mr. Neff is a Senior Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

 

Tom Neff – Petroleum Consultant

               Mr. Neff provides consulting and economic analysis of oil & gas properties.  He is the operations administrator for a number of East Texas area oil properties.  Mr. Neff is an Associate Member of the East Texas Section of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
