Charles Allred - ASA-MTS, SPTC TDLR# 3322 – Outside Service Provider

Mr. Allred has a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering and has earned the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in the Machinery and Technical Specialties discipline of the American Society of Appraisers. He is also a licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant (SPTC) registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Mr. Allred’s expertise is in the valuation of industrial process and manufacturing plant assets and filing applications with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to qualify pollution control assets for exemption from property taxation. Mr. Allred works with our industrial consultants by reviewing property assessments, identifying and quantifying economic and technical issues that impact asset value, and confirming all qualified pollution control assets are exempted by the local taxing jurisdictions.
