Our services provide one of the most comprehensive
reviews of your property from the initial consultation through the
entire year’s process. We adapt our services to meet your individual
needs and provide a complete range of procedures for your benefit.
· Assimilate all information provided by our clients and coordinate
information requests by appraisers and assessing authorities.
· Timely file all renditions of property owned by our clients or provide
assistance with the filing to comply with all state and local requirements.
· Coordinate and attend any required inspections of the property by
appraisal districts, appraisal firms, state agencies, or assessing
authorities.
· Develop and utilize appraisals of our clients’ properties to be used
as a tool in estimating the property’s value.
· Meet with appraisers and review the information used in their estimates of value for assessing purposes. Review of comparable properties to insure the property is assessed on an equitable basis with other like properties in the jurisdictions.
· Negotiate with the various appraisers to arrive at a reasonable fair
market value for our clients’ properties.
· Attend and provide evidence and testimony to the various reviewing
and adjustment boards for appeals filed on behalf of our clients.
· Provide assistance as required should the taxpayer be forced into
litigation with any appraisal or taxing authority.
· Review all appraisal notices and tax statements for accuracy and completeness
before final disposition to the taxpayer.
· Prepare timely, detailed estimates of our clients’ tax liability at
various times during the tax year. Provide other reports as
required or requested by our clients.
