pipeline gathering systems and support equipment, gas processing and treating
plants, and industrial process and manufacturing facilities.
There
are members of our in-house consulting staff that specialize in commercial,
residential, and retail properties and have the necessary training and
experience to review real and business personal property tax assessments.

also use an outside service provider that holds a B.S.E. in Mechanical
Engineering and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in the
Machinery and Technical Specialties discipline of the American Society of
